What Makes Us Different?

Currently there are various providers of CT imaging services to dental practitioners: hospitals, independent radiology centres, dental practices with in-house CT facilities and other scanning sites.

Why CT Dent is different from other existing dental CT scanning providers?

CT Dent is the only genuinely independent imaging centre which has no affiliation (ownership or operative) to other dental practitioners or implant centres. Many dentists feel uncomfortable referring their patients to competing dentists for natural reasons. In addition, since CT imaging is not their core business it result in slow turnaround times, inconsistent scan quality and generally unprofessional service.

What about referring to private radiology centres?

Radiology centres do not provide only CT scans service – they deal with various medical imaging systems eg. MRI, Ultrasound scans and more. Furthermore, they and do not specialise in dental imaging with the dental expetise knowledge.

What about CT scans in hospitals?

Referring to hospital has its drawbacks:

• Significant higher costs
• No planning software included - instead outdated A3 transparent are provided
• Dental patients are not their core focus, often leading to slow turnaround times and little or
  no customer service, queuing, etc.
• Claustrophobic 'tunnel' conventional CT scanners and significantly
• Higher radiation leads to poor patient
  experience.
