“ Very pleasant member of staff on reception and very helpful. Relaxing environment. I travelled from Shropshire and became very nervous when I was caught in a traffic jam on the M6. I was worried when I arrived as I only just made the appointment in time. However the lady on reception was lovely and said not to worry and that I would still be seen. �
