“ I experienced two mistakes.
1) The radiologist was not happy with the referral form, so no scan took place in my first visit. My second visit took place in the following week sucessfully as far as the scanning is concerned.
2) Between my dentist and CT Scan, apparently, it was agreed that I would be charged with a 50% discount, by taking into account the point 1) above; however, the radiologist in Birmingham did now know about this, and I paid full, which was corrected in the following day.
I am sure that this was a rare incidence, but it was a bit annoying experience. �

“ great service - quick and efficient but the waiting room was BOILING and there was no water available or offer of a drink (wouldn't usually mind at all but it was so hot!!) �
