“ I experienced two mistakes.
1) The radiologist was not happy with the referral form, so no scan took place in my first visit. My second visit took place in the following week sucessfully as far as the scanning is concerned.
2) Between my dentist and CT Scan, apparently, it was agreed that I would be charged with a 50% discount, by taking into account the point 1) above; however, the radiologist in Birmingham did now know about this, and I paid full, which was corrected in the following day.
I am sure that this was a rare incidence, but it was a bit annoying experience. �

“ The entrance from lift is deceptive-it looks like glass like I have seen folk walk into at other places so I was worried!!!
But just old age caution I guess.
