“ The service is very professional and the young lady explained that her colleague was learning but checked his work thoroughly at each step. I did not observe the disabled facilities so cannot comment. My observation about the reception was that it was a bit narrow and like a corridor. If you put the work station along the short side of the area you would give the impression of a squarer room. Also maybe a water machine as some may have travelled a long way. Please do to take this as a criticism I just wish to be constructive and helpful as you have asked for feedback. �
