My first impression of CT Dent were all good. Both reception and clinical staff treated me very well. There was a warm greeting from all the staff which made me feel comfortable. The procedures were clearly explained to me and the clinician was attentive and confident in her role which made me feel at ease. A nice clean environment with comfortable seats and a smart tv in the waiting room. ?

“ Service and support was good, but the premises could be cleaner which is important in a quasi clinical environment - there is a clear build up of dust and debris behind the glass at the bottom of the reception desk, and evidence of dust on surfaces etc. A minor but unfortunate blemish on an other wise well managed experience. ?

“ Generally good. The staff weren't over-communicative and didn't partake of any social chit-chat which can be a useful tool to put the patients at ease, but it seemed efficient enough and well-organised. The prior communication, in particular, was very good.
I wouldn't say I felt rushed, but equally, I didn't feel like an important patient to them, I just represented another scan to get through. So I would say the ambience is the weak point. As I was paying £100 for a (I know, a highly-specialised) two minute scan, it would have been nice to feel a bit more valued. ?

“ My visit left me impressed with the pleasant professional and ease of the whole experience. The parking arrangements are brilliant. The only improvement would have been to do something about the atrocious weather conditions driving home. ☺️

“ Overall very good. I arrived 10 mins late due to heavy traffic but this was fine with the staff but I had to wait a further 15 mins before being see which was not a problem. The staff were welcoming, friendly and the person undertaking the scan explained the procedure well and showed me the results of the scan before I left. ?
