“ I received many time a reminder of my appointment by email and by text . One time would have been enough. However, upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice Portuguese lady. Her explanation were clear and she was very friendly. She was quick and efficient. �

“ This is the first time I have used this service the 1st contact was by phone the receptionist was helpful and reassuring, on the morning of the appointment I was slightly late due to the trains but he receptionist couldn't of been anymore understanding.The radiographer was friendly and informative.From what I can see you have a lovely team at the London branch also although the clinic Is well presented the one minor thing I did notice is that the windows appear dirty spoiling the view and taking away some of the beauty of your interiors.

“ I had never had a scan before so I didn't know quite what to expect. However, the atmosphere was very relaxed, I was impressed by all the technology and the staff were kind and friendly. I enjoyed my visit. Thank you everyone.

“ Excellent service especially the lovely lady that did my scan. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and she kept me calm and helped me through the procedure by giving me the option of two different machines and taking time to help keep me calm. �
