“ Overall no problems, the only issue I can name is the car parking, it was a nightmare, on arrival at reception I was told about a parking permit which you pick up from them, I was not given any information prior to my arrival, regarding any parking, �

“ I came one day, but unfortunately without the stent needed, and was kindly given several options, including coming back only two days later. Staff were most helpful and made me feel 'at home'. It was carefully explained quite what to expect and all went well. Also I was out well within half an hour, which was most useful. Overall, I found the service and kindness of staff impeccable and would gladly come again if and when necessary. �

“ It all went as quickly and smoothly as I would have hoped - I even got in early as there was no-one waiting before me. Coffee in the waiting area would be a kindness, particularly in the morning - but other than that as I had expected. �
