“ They provide a good professional service. However, I was disappointed that my records from two years ago were not available and that I could not take away a cd or a copy on a stick without a £20 charge. The reason I am concerned is that I may wish another dentist that does not use CT Dent. I have already changed dentists from 2 years ago. Regards

“ excellent service - well run from the experience of appointment however I feel 5 to 10 days for the scan to be read and sent back to the orthodontist is a bit too long. Member of staff who took the scan was really fantastic with chloe as she is only 12 and was very nervous. thank you - well done. �
