“ Over all very good, this was my 3rd visit but this time I was on crutches. I was slightly nervous of the Director type chairs in waiting room. I think a more stable chair for disabled people would be welcomed. �

“ Upon Clients coming in, and the way waiting room is set up ( Understandably a corridor concept, ) receptions should have the courtesy and perhaps place some signs that the drinking water facility is available on the left hand side of the main entrance. I just sat down on the right hand side opposite the reception and was un aware of the same being available and was very uncomfortable as that particular day was very hot and I had missed bringing in my own supply.

“ The reason I am very dissatisfied with information given prior to arrival is that I was NOT informed that I would have to pay for this service. £100 for a 30 second procedure is outrageous!
Your technician also advised me incorrectly that I didn't have much bone loss and implants should be possible. On visiting my dentist today he stated that I had a lot of bone loss and that your technician had no right to make that statement as implants were not possible without bone grafts which I am not prepared to go through. �
