“ I thought the service was very professional, I was seen almost immediately in very pleasant surroundings. My one fault was that there were no hand towels in the upstairs loo, plus it was rather dark up there. However, easily remedied - I am sure this is a shared facility and not entirely under your control. All in all a very good experience. �
