"If you're early arriving, they may see you early", I was told; and my friend was right! Thank you for your promptness.
I was a bit nonplussed when I pressed the button at the entrance that the door was unlocked without a voice at the intercom asking me to state my business.
I was not asked for my name at reception, so I was glad when my identity was confirmed with my date of birth just before I was given the scan.
Thank you, technician, for asking me to breathe through my nose; I thought I was going to cough during the scan, but remembered that nose-breathing had helped me in the past when at the dentist's.
It's good to have seats outside the cubicles reserved--I presume--for post-investigation patients, as a measure towards privacy.
I wasn't looking for disabled facilities when I visited, so I don't know their standard. �

I felt that he lady who greeted me at the desk was very pleasant and friendly. She then escorted me to the Clinical room where she explained the procedure very clearly and in reassuring manner and then took the scan. She was friendly,courteous and very efficient.
I am extremely satisfied with the CT Dent service and also with the lady who dealt with me.
