“ WITH REGARDS TO MY OWN APPOINTMENT, AS I WORK FULL TIME AND HAD TO TRAVEL TO THE CENTRE AND AS THE SERVICE DOES NOT HAVE FACILITIES TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS IN THE EVENING OR PERHAPS ON A SATURDAY MORNING I HAD TO USE A DAYS HOLIDAY TO ATTEND, THEN GIVEN THE SHORT TIME IN THE SCAN I FELT I COULD ONLY SCORE AS ABOVE. ANOTHER ISSUE ON THE DAY WAS THE LACK OF PARKING SPACES. OTHERWISE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED. THANKYOU �

“ I was very impressed by the service offered. I had misread the date of my appointment and went a day late. However, the lady on reception was extremely helpful and went out of her way to get me an appointment yesterday to avoid a wasted journey. Although the car park was nearly full, she made sure I had a space. She made me coffee as I had to wait an hour to be seen. She is doing an excellent job; I would be grateful if you would pass on my gratitude.
The scan was conducted efficiently and professionally.
Overall, I felt it was a very impressive service.

“ Bell on street not working properly, had to wait outside and try several times. Building, entrance and premises scruffy. Reception staff seem bored. Price a bit high for procedure.
Assortment of only ladies magazines, for the kind of income this small facility can take in with one clinical staff and three people on reception taking money, etc a few pennies could be
invested in sharpening up the premises, staff and reception. Would not mind feedback on these issues, one often wonders if these surveys ever get paid attention to. M. Ross �

I guess the service was satisfactory, the fee charged was 170.00 Pounds when the Specialist advised me of a special rate of 120 Pounds. The personal CD iwas sent to No 5 Blenheim Road instead of 15, I never received it. CT dent sent us a second one to the correct address. �

“ It was my first visit to the practice and I was immeadetly at ease with the environment of the receptionist and the decor
When I saw Dr Amin Aminian he also put me at ease with his warm approach and a detailed explanation of my case which is quite complicated
I am very anxious in regard to getting the finished structure and appearance of my treatment but Dr Amin Aminian very quickly put me at ease although he did explain the difficulties with my case
I believe that taking the steps I am in regards to the treatment I want is a big one in all aspects but following my visit and other external professional advice and guidance makes feel totally confident in going forward

“ I was impressed. The location was easy to find, and it was splendid to know which parking bay lots to aim for.
The reception lady was exceptionally pleasant and the waiting area clean and comfortable.
The pre-visit declaims supplied all the necessary information in a clear manner. Good use made of email and text.

Overall very positive experience.
One aspect I did not understand is related to the receipt.
I made the payment myself and kindly asked one of the staff to stamp an insurance form to acknowledge I paid £120 but I was told the reception do not sign neither stamp forms.
I was stunned to get this response especially I paid £120 and my health insurance requires a form to be stamped to prove i paid.
It is a pity I could not have this stamp because I will not be able to get the £120 refund back. I was told the dentist deals with this but it is not true. My dentist deals with his matters and is not entitled to put a £120 payment related to his account. As far as my dentist is concerned, it is not his problem how much I paid at CT Dent...

“ The service I received from C T Dent was very good. On arrival the receptionist was pleasant and polite. The radiographer explained everything to me and again pleasant and polite. First class. �

“ I would have appreciated a fuller map of the location and possibilities of transport links between mainline stations and the surgery. I have a walking disability at the moment and we chose to use the Underground which had too much walking and many, many steps we returned to Euston using the bus which was much more direct and easier - no steps.
You asked about disabled facilities but other than a small lift I found none.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the procedure was explained to me very well. �
