“ I think you should let people have the code for the gates before they arrive, the area is quite congested with parked cars and it is close to the the junction with a very busy street so that would be one less obstacle. I parked in Alton Rd because I missed the building, I then phoned for directions which were given but the receptionist insisted I phoned again when I reached the gates (seconds later) for the code. Fortunately they had just opened for someone else so I followed them in. �

I was a bit nonplussed when I pressed the button at the entrance that the door was unlocked without a voice at the intercom asking me to state my business.
I was not asked for my name at reception, so I was glad when my identity was confirmed with my date of birth just before I was given the scan.
Thank you, technician, for asking me to breathe through my nose; I thought I was going to cough during the scan, but remembered that nose-breathing had helped me in the past when at the dentist's.
It's good to have seats outside the cubicles reserved--I presume--for post-investigation patients, as a measure towards privacy.
I wasn't looking for disabled facilities when I visited, so I don't know their standard. �
