Findings:
Mandible: the right mandible exhibits two foramina, which is an uncommon variation in normal anatomic form.
Dental findings: no abnormalities detected.
Otherfindings: no abnormalities detected.
Radiographic Impression: Implant measurements have been provided for the requested sites.

Reconstructed panoramic radiograph; the right mandible exhibits two foramina.

Cross-sections through selected areas of the mandible. Localised areas of increased density noted within the mandible appear to be radiographically consistent with small residual root/bone fragments. Appropriate clinical awareness is suggested to confirm this.
