“ Sorry about the 5's straight across the board, but it was deserved and so I am not going to change any of them. Just carry on being better at what you already obviously very good at. My main worry's about my visit where that it would be awkward or difficult to get there - instead it was amazingly easy despite the fact that I don't drive and for me it was just a simple train journey from Stockport and then a 5 minute walk. I arrived well ahead of schedule, but this wasn't a problem and I was made to feel very welcome and then the procedure - which I know so well because I have studied it in detail - was carried out to the highest possible professional standards. And then I was on my way - one more step in my dental journey completed.... next stop another day with the ever smiling Shab to hear all the bad news the scan tells him �
