“ I suffer from primary Progressive MS, and have very limited movements in a powered wheelchair. On arrival at your premises. I was very disheartened to see the size of the entrance steps to get into your property, but was amazed when four of your staff came out with a ramp, disconnected the drive wheels on the wheelchair, and manually pushed me up the very very steep slope to get me into your premises. And then did the reverse after my appointment.
I was also very impressed with the scanning staff who because of my difficulties with movement in my neck and head, it took them a long time to get a successful scan, but they never gave up.
In all, whenever a problem occurred, instead of focusing on the problem which so many government and council agencies seem to do, your staff focused on finding a solution. A refreshing "breath of fresh air". This all helps to relieve what could have been a very stressful appointment.
