“ I’m based in north Manchester so it does take 40-50 mins to travel to location that is the only downside of the visit apart from that everything else went smoothly and no issues �

“ I live in Surrey so this is not a particularly convenient location. But everything only took three hours door to door.
The building is a bit tired and scruffy - like most old properties in the area.
It would have been nice to have been able to have had a cup of coffee while waiting - and not machine coffee.
Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. �

“ The centre was extremely difficult to find. There are no signs to indicate where the centre is. It would help if there was a sign on the entrance to the car park. I didnt want to go through the car park barrier in case I was in the wrong place. Consequently I had to park a considerable distance away and walk. I also had to go into the offices next door to ask for directions as it wasn't clear where to go! Again no signs!
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but the instructions from the technician weren't always clear. The scan was conducted quickly and the centre is pleasant & clean. �
