“ The other large dental clinic on the corner of the road could confuse some people , might be worth putting a picture of it on your directions with an large X through it. Also at your clinic a mention that you were on the 2 floor would be useful. �

“ Though I was happy when I attended on a previous occasion it was a bit more clinical and practical because it was around Covid and the extra precautions were expected. On this occasion it was good to see that the standards were being maintained but it felt friendlier and more welcoming. It’s good that you’ve maintained the professionalism but are now able to make feel more person centred. Staff were keen to make sure I had parked in one of the correct bays and that I had a parking permit, which was very good.

“ Everything was well organised and everyone was friendly and helpful - even the parking was easy (thought we'd be queuing for a free space). A cup of coffee would have been nice but to be honest I probably wasn't there long enough to drink it!
Clinical staff could have explained more about what was happening but is a minor comment.
