“ Appointment was for 10am. I got there a little early and was seen promptly. Once in the examination room everything was explained in clear detail. The appointment was quick and painless. I was back on the street just before the actual appointment time.

The only downside, if it’s your first time visiting, is knowing where to go. I was looking for a staircase to go down to the basement but couldn’t find one Eventually I found a lift at the back of the hallway which opens onto the clinic. If there was a sign saying use the lift and where it was I must have missed it. �

“ No need for any improvement. The appointment was easy to book online. The centre was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and efficient. I had got the appointment time wrong but still only had to wait a few minutes �

“ You could tell people that there are parking bays outside the shop that you can park for short periods of time, rather than having to pay car park prices when your appointment is less than 20 mins �
