I didn't know what the scan was that I was booked for (CT/ MRI/ Ultrasound). I didn't k now if there were things that I should avoid wearing like jewellery. How long the scan would take. Would I be lying or sitting. A simple explanation to read before arriving would be much appreciated. You could attach to a confirmation email or text. It doesn't look like your webpage is set up for patients at all. �

Thought the reception and scanning rooms were very clean with the receptionist polite etc
The scanning procedure was very quick and the scanner didnt mess about All in all a very

“ staff seemed generally alright considering it was a grim wet morning ,
first building number on text message would be helpful , general apparencies of interior was a bit shabby considering its location , ( lift doors , walls could do with a paint )
vague explanation of what was asked of me , all you really need to tell me is , how long , what you want me to do and what's going to happen ....

“ Receptionist very friendly. Stopped to explain while others had been called before me. I was impressed he noticed this might have seemed odd to me. The lady doing the scan was lovely too although I would have liked a bit more explanation (just a bit) about how the scan would help.
I felt my referral from the dentist was a bit lacking at their end. It was not explained to me this was not part of their service and would require an additional charge. �
