“ The reason for scoring a 2 for 'convenience of appointment' was because I live 48 miles away from the practice. The journey entailed travelling on the M6, part of which was closed due to an accident. I arrived at my appointment in plenty of time but I felt an appointment nearer to my home would have been more convenient. This of course did not impact on the quality of treatment once I arrived at the practice.
I didn't need to ask any questions, hence the score of 3. �

“ Improvements - Clearer signage, compatible with company name, would be helpful at entrance to facility. Also directions within the information on the website of where to proceed within the building upon initial arrival - e.g. it is OK for patients to by-pass doctors reception and proceed straight through and upstairs.
Arrival - receptionists greeting was perfunctory at best - far more interested in pursuing her chatty conversation with two colleagues. Thankfully the person who undertook the scan was highly personable and professional. �
