“ This is my second visit to CT Dent and my welcome was as friendly as my first visit.
From the gentleman in the car park hut to the lovely part-time CT Dent Receptionist who, despite my arriving early for my appointment took time from her reception duties to make me feel at ease.
I was fortunate enough to be scanned by Sharan who I had my initial scan with. Sharan is friendly (even remembering me from my previous visit, thorough, explains everything in a very easy way and is very conscientious.
The whole process was completed by my original scheduled appointment time of 12.10 which meant I could travel back to York earlier than expected.

“ Very happy with this service from the time i arrived an spoke to the receptionist to the promptness of my appointment. I arrived 10 mins early and as soon as i got there they seen me, straight in, done xray and straight back out - very efficient service.

“ The choice of imaging centre was my dentist’s; it’s unlikely I would be asked to express an opinion. I’ve scored 3 but would have marked “not applicable” were it available. �?

“ Not really a suggestion just a comment - I found getting to the clinic difficult. The lack of public transport from where I live (and where my Dentist practises) meant I had to rely on someone to drive me there. I hope my Dentist will recommend a more convenient clinic should I need this kind of scan again. �?

“ It was lonely sitting on the 2nd floor with all doors closed. If a door was open patients would know somebody was around. �?
