“ I did have to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time before anybody saw me and no apology was offered. I also felt that the lady doing the scan, although very pleasant, did talk to me as if I was a child in playschool! Explain the procedure, yes,
but don't patronise!! �

“ Convenient. The Radiographer mentioned the scan would go to a 'Specialist', but not who or what the specialist was. I was also not told how long this would take or whether I would hear back from CT Dent or my dentist. I did not ask these specific questions, but afterwards felt I should have been told. �
