“ Nice staff, NOT impressed having already paid £100 for a scan , paid by me for my information even though referred through dentist, to be told that should I want a copy for my own files, that unlike all other companies that provide them free, your company wants £25 for a 25 pence disc. not really on charging that much after fee paid, Girl behind desk advised that my dentist could download and put on disc for me, after speaking to my surgery they do not do that and never have !!!!! Not Good !!.
