“ Pre-arrival information by email said my appointment was in Nottingham (!) when in fact it was in Manchester so that wasn't good, although text info was correct, happily. Greg, the radiographer who did my CBCT, should really have explained that the machine would rotate - some patients would have been very alarmed at this. Otherwise, he was just fine. Overall, £150 is a lot for a CBCT, but I had no choice to go elsewhere. �

“ Surprised there wasn't any disabled parking! I needed to open my car door fully, this was not possible due to tight parking places. Entrance and exit was difficult.

“ Clinical technician: see above, couldn't fault her in any way.
Receptionist: polite, welcoming, but he said ' I'll be with you in a moment to get you checked in', and didn't speak to me again! I'm not complaining, I just wondered why he said it! I just waited until the technician called me in, who was helpful and put me completely at ease.
