“ The member of staff on arrival was very welcoming. The member of staff who did the scan was very pleasant and explained the procedure clearly before it was carried out. �

He was friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail and really put me at ease.

“ We had difficulty in finding the clinic and rang the Birmingham CD Dent receptionist, who gave us excellent directions and also reassurance. We then telephoned again when we had nearly found our destination, and again, she was marvellous.
The quality was excellent in all categories, but we would particularly like to thank the lady who helped us find CT Dent. We were worried about being late, as we got lost, despite having left plenty of time, and had printed off maps, instructions, etc.
As it was, we arrived exactly on time. If it is possible, could you express out thanks to her. Thank you. �

“ Surprised that I had to pay £20 for a copy of my teeth scan, thought I could just put it onto my memory stick. Also when asked to pay "upfront" for the scan and copy as it couldn't be processed before I had given you the money. I know you are a private company and have to make a profit but I felt that I wasn't trusted and that money was more important than the customer's feelings. �

I was very satisfied with CT Dent service as despite being late they fitted me in for my appointment.

My only complaint is that because of the scaffolding outside the building I was slightly put off track - couldn't see the number or name at first
