My experience of treatment at the CT Dent service could not have been made more pleasant.
The scanning operator was charming In her manner with the procedure and in explaining what she was doing.
Everything was so efficient that I was back outside before my appointment.
It was very helpful having the text reminder and directions of how to find the clinic. �

“ I did find the staff very efficient in their work maybe a little more attention to the client on arrival could be better after a long journey and trying to locate the centre was a bit difficult an offer of a drink of water would be very appreciated
I did find the waiting room very warm but did eventually find a water machine which was very welcome. �

“ Everything went very smoothly. The lady receptionist even phoned my dentist to let him know that I would be 15 minutes late, as not quite enough time had been left between 11.40 X ray and 12 noon apt 2 blocks away . I am a very slow walker nowadays. �
