“ The experience was all excellent. Thank you. I met with Innes and Sonia both of whom were charming, caring and professional. The chap at reception was also very pleasant.
It might be useful for you to know that the first text said 'your dentist has asked us to contact you'. Thing is, it could be anybody - an on-line scam type thing. So I checked with my dentist that it was genuine.
Is it possible to include mention of the dental practice? I realise that would mean each text being individual. �

“ I was very impressed by your staff! The guy at the door was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Pointed me, as a directionally challenged person, to the tube station - I think he would have taken me there if he didn't have to let people in etc.

Welcoming reception staff and the lady doing the scan explained in detail what was going to happen so had no questions. She was very reassuring. Although I know it was a very quick process and not enclosed, I am claustrophobic, but didn't feel at all concerned.

“ The lady who carried out my scan was delightful with me and everyone else. She was very cheerful and happy and completely reassuring. Also she she tried to ensure I was comfortable and understood all that was happening.

The office is difficult to find because of the silly numbering and it is clear the staff have endless patience in explaining EXACTLY where it is when patients, like me, are standing outside No ! and !a Devonshire place, mystified about where No 2 can possibly be. �
