“ GENERALLY SATISFIED BY ACTUAL DAY'S PROCEDURE. AS THIS WAS MY FIRST ATTENDANCE AT CLINIC, THERE WERE TWO ASPECTS OF THE ORIGINAL E-MAIL WHICH I SUGGEST COULD BE IMPROVED.
THE LESSER WAS THAT I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE APPOINTMENT NEEDED THE DUPLICATE DENTURES: YOU RELIED ON FULL EXPLANATION BY DENTIST AND WE ARRANGED DATE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. FORTUNATELY THE DUPLICATES ARRIVED ON MONDAY SO TUESDAY WAS FINE.
MORE IMPORTANT WE ARRIVED IN SELLY OAK NOT UNDERSTANDING YOUR WORDS ABOUT PARKING. ON-ROAD PARKING WAS A NIGHTMARE AND 45 MINUTES LATER WE PARKED ON LIDL CARPARK. WHEN WE WERE AT CLINIC WE COULD UNDERSTAND LOGIC OF E-MAIL SO SECOND VISIT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER.
CAN I SUGGEST YOU AMEND WORDING TO SOMETHING LIKE "WE HAVE PRIVATE PARKING IN GATED PARK AT SIDE OF THE CENTRE IN ALTON ROAD. FOR ACCESS DRIVE INTO AREA IN FRONT OF METAL GATES AND PHONE XXXXXXXXXX TO GET PERMISSION TO ENTER. USE ANY OF THE VACANT SPACES AVAILABLE"

“ I would like to add that the young gentleman who dealt with me on Thursday was a credit to your organisation. (i wish I had got his name).
He was friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail and really put me at ease.

“ We had difficulty in finding the clinic and rang the Birmingham CD Dent receptionist, who gave us excellent directions and also reassurance. We then telephoned again when we had nearly found our destination, and again, she was marvellous.
The quality was excellent in all categories, but we would particularly like to thank the lady who helped us find CT Dent. We were worried about being late, as we got lost, despite having left plenty of time, and had printed off maps, instructions, etc.
As it was, we arrived exactly on time. If it is possible, could you express out thanks to her. Thank you. �
