“ I saw no facilities for the disabled.
I had no difficulty finding the premises or one of the allocated parking spaces.
The reception staff were professional and the technician who did the scan fully explained what was to happen and did the scan on a different scanner that was able to accommodate my neck's reduced flexibility.
A good experience. �

“ I was generally happy with reception, staff and facility as well as appointment reminder and location details sent by email prior to today, However, I was under the impression that I would be having a scan and only had an x-ray which perhaps I could have arranged with my own dentist much closer to home. For the sum of £40 and my time and travel, I would have probably thought twice at having this appointment now. I would be very grateful to have a copy of my x-ray imaging sent in an attachment or by post.

I found the staff very good at there job and they explained everything when I was having the scan and the scanning machines were modern and worked very well.
I was pleased that I had it done at CT Dent service.
