“ Surprised that I had to pay £20 for a copy of my teeth scan, thought I could just put it onto my memory stick. Also when asked to pay "upfront" for the scan and copy as it couldn't be processed before I had given you the money. I know you are a private company and have to make a profit but I felt that I wasn't trusted and that money was more important than the customer's feelings. �
