“ I thought it was a very fast service, I was only in there for 5 minutes which was a positive as it was my lunch break. However after paying £40 for a 5 minute appointment I didn't feel I was provided with good customer service. I never asked to be rushed and subsequently there was no excuse for the immediacy of the visit, especially as I was 5 minutes early. It was very rushed and the clinical staff hurried me through the procedure and "consultation" - if you could even call a 30 second conversation a consultation. �
