My experience of treatment at the CT Dent service could not have been made more pleasant.

The scanning operator was charming In her manner with the procedure and in explaining what she was doing.

Everything was so efficient that I was back outside before my appointment.

It was very helpful having the text reminder and directions of how to find the clinic. �

“ I did find the staff very efficient in their work maybe a little more attention to the client on arrival could be better after a long journey and trying to locate the centre was a bit difficult an offer of a drink of water would be very appreciated
I did find the waiting room very warm but did eventually find a water machine which was very welcome. �

“ My appointment was booked by my dentist very last minute and I managed to get one that same afternoon. I arrived quite early and reception arranged for me to be seen early. I was looked after by Ines who made me feel very at ease, explained what was going to happen and even apologised for the discomfort I was feeling. She is a credit to your team and I was very pleased to meet her. I am also very impressed that my appointment was Thursday afternoon and the results were with my dentist on Monday. �
