“ Very efficient appointment system ( booked online ) though paper referral jargon and booking form jargon didn't seem to match. Curteous and pleasant staff. Seen quickly. Expensive however . Would be helpful if all parking spaces were listed on referral form �

Good but it would be nice to be able to contact Birmingham direct rather than through London
I an a retired dentist and took many OPGs in my time, chemical and digital The OPG I have jusst had was taken with the head tilted too far forward so that non-tooth structures are distorted and cannot be chcked properly. The lower jaw is too curved. .I can, if you wish, send you a print of a correctly poitioned head. These mistakes do happen but I would like a repeat of the OPG. Let me k now if this is alright and I can arrange an appointment
Finally the size of font I am typing in is too small, making it difficult to check my terxt. Why cannot it be the same size as the questions above �

There had been some kind of internal flood and cardboard boxes were on the floor which I felt were a h & s concern, carpet in reception area of private facilities looked stained.
Staff pleasant and helpful and lady doing my scan polite efficient and helpful.
Entry to car park and on foot exit/entrance confusing.
Results not available until I go to The Elms but not a major issue.
I strict ions to premises could be given in text as another implant dental surgery is directly opposite which left me confused .. also instructions at entry point could be better , I. E signage could be improved by being clearer of where C T Dent us located in the building and highlighting that you go to top floor reception area. Nothing major but just would make it clearer .. �

“ The service was exceptional - the clinician that completed my scan (Amelia) was very patient and friendly, and the receptionist was lovely and put me at ease after the long drive to the surgery. Please let them know that they were doing a great job - my appointment was on Tuesday 11th August at 10.40am at the Birmingham surgery. �

“ Obtained an appointment to suit my working day. Unfortunately I was not called in for my scan until 15 minutes after the allocated time of my appointment, fortunately this did not cause too much inconvenience but with me arriving early for appointment as requested, it meant that I had been left waiting for over 20 minutes before my scan was carried out. No apology or reason for delay was given which would have been courteous. �

“ My only issue is that I was informed that the procedure would cost £100 if I visit London and £200 if I had it done locally by mobile unit so I elected to travel to London from Berkshire to save £100 so I thought ,however I was asked to pay £200 which was £100 per jaw
I would add it was not your staff that told me the cost it was the local surgery that recommended me to and suggested cost
Otherwise excellent especially Sonia who carried out the procedure
