“ I was early for my appointment and the office staff attended to me immediately as i had arrived before the actual receptionist. The gentleman that did the scan was very good in explaining all that wad going to happen. Very good service . �

“ Excellent staff - kind helpful and informative. Very convenient location in London. Poor toilet facilities, lack of space ( no available seating- we had to stand in th corridor for 15 minutes) and, for the same reason, no privacy. �

“ I had a good experience at CT Dent Service.
Staff was very friendly and explained things in full detail.
My appointment was on time and very efficient.

I didn't loose any time waiting around and was helped in a friendly way.

Only remark I could think of is that it would be more convenient to have earlier or later times available so I could have come before or after work.
But other than that I can recommend highly �

“ I found the parking to be an issue. Had to phone to get through gates, not ideal. No notices to say which entry to use for CT Dent from car park. Electronic door into ground floor was confusing. Other than that everything was good. �

“ I was very impressed with the service. I was 30 mins early for my appt did not mind waiting. However, I was seen within 10 mins of my arrival which is usually unheard of in many Practices.

“ Seems very efficient. Radiologist was charming and explained everything very well. She must get fed up with saying the same things to people all day. Reception staff were pleasant and patient.
My only complaint would be that the waiting area was very noisy. Is it really necessary to have music playing especially when this was competing with the air conditioning units which were themselves very noisy (but very necessary) and the phone conversations of the people on the reception desk. This plague of background music seems to be everywhere now. It's particularly irritating when it is just another layer of noise on top of all the other noises.
Fortunately I was only there for a short time so didn't have to put up with it for long. �
