“ I was impressed. The location was easy to find, and it was splendid to know which parking bay lots to aim for.
The reception lady was exceptionally pleasant and the waiting area clean and comfortable.
The pre-visit declaims supplied all the necessary information in a clear manner. Good use made of email and text.

Overall very positive experience.
One aspect I did not understand is related to the receipt.
I made the payment myself and kindly asked one of the staff to stamp an insurance form to acknowledge I paid £120 but I was told the reception do not sign neither stamp forms.
I was stunned to get this response especially I paid £120 and my health insurance requires a form to be stamped to prove i paid.
It is a pity I could not have this stamp because I will not be able to get the £120 refund back. I was told the dentist deals with this but it is not true. My dentist deals with his matters and is not entitled to put a £120 payment related to his account. As far as my dentist is concerned, it is not his problem how much I paid at CT Dent...

“ I would have appreciated a fuller map of the location and possibilities of transport links between mainline stations and the surgery. I have a walking disability at the moment and we chose to use the Underground which had too much walking and many, many steps we returned to Euston using the bus which was much more direct and easier - no steps.
You asked about disabled facilities but other than a small lift I found none.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the procedure was explained to me very well. �

“ The reception staff were polite, the lady who done my X-ray was lovely and she seemed very caring in a genuine way. Even though it was a busy day for her and she was alone she didn't let the pressure get the better of her and she was still very patient. Upon leaving, the security guy who sits downstairs was also very pleasant. �

Not being a Londoner, your map on your leaflet could do with updating to make it perfectly clear where you are, a larger picture with specific directions! A 3 minute walk from the tube station turns out to be 20 minutes if you don't know where you're going !!!there are clear landmarks near by to make it easier !!!
