“ The reason I am very dissatisfied with information given prior to arrival is that I was NOT informed that I would have to pay for this service. £100 for a 30 second procedure is outrageous!
Your technician also advised me incorrectly that I didn't have much bone loss and implants should be possible. On visiting my dentist today he stated that I had a lot of bone loss and that your technician had no right to make that statement as implants were not possible without bone grafts which I am not prepared to go through. �
