“ The lady who did the scan (sorry I can’t remember her name) was fantastic with my son. She was friendly and kind and explained everything really well to my son who was having the scan.
She briefly explained the scan pictures to me.

“ Very freindly and professional staff. I was actually spectacularly late for this appointment but your lovely team still fitted me in.
The reason I was late is very much my fault for not checking but you should know that the emails you send with the appountments casue an ssue on an iphone. When I get a new appointment I let the phone add it to my calendar [it's clever like that]. Howvere what I did n ot notice was that the apoointment was for 11:50 but the email timecode puts it into a UK diary as 16:50!! SO that's when I showed up....
That is on me for not checking but could your IT look into this. I suspect that the emails are being generated from a country 5hrs ahead of UK time and so the appointment then adjusts to the time zone of the user.
