“ I came by cycle. Despite the huge car park there is no cycle rack for visitors. I was sent detailed instructions for car parking and asked about my car when I arrived, but I had to ask a window cleaner where to put my cycle. He directed me to a locked cycle store under a railway arch. I ended up locking my bike to a handrail by some steps. The centre is on a particularly congested stretch of road in Altrincham, with car access from one direction only. Greater Manchester has a strong pro-cycling policy which seems to have bypassed you entirely. If this was a public building you would have to make provision. This is not good enough! Please contact Transport for Greater Manchester for advice on standards for transport provision. �

“ I found it hard to locate the lift and find the CT scan was in the basement.It would be good for a member of staff to be at the front door to meet and greet on arrival and take you to the lift to the basement .I know its impossible with only 2 members of staff on site. �
