“ All was great except the software broke and I ended up having to wait 2 hours for the CD to give to my dentist. Poor Bruno the technician had a really bad afternoon but so did I - I missed far more work than I should have (and pay), had to travel home through rush hour traffic and had to arrange care for child and horses (meant I got home after dark). Back-up equipment of some sort would be a good idea. �

There are only a couple of things I felt uncomfortable with.
1. You brochure clearly states there is car parking to the rear of the Nottingham practice. This is clearly not the case and caused me some embarrassment in not only trying to park in the designated space (Wilko staff were very upset at me) but also because it made me late for my appointment.
Talking with your radiologist he was surprised and felt I had an old brochure, he then got the new brochures from his newly delivered stock and even these had car parking facilities for Nottingham clearly printed on them.
2. Upon arrival there was no receptionist at the practice. Your radiologist had to open the door himself, guide me to a car park and then wait at the door until I returned from the car park. Not what one would have expected.
I trust you will take these comments on board to help improve your otherwise excellent service.
